2024 Subaru Outback Overview 

The latest Outback comes standard with EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology, LED Steering Responsive Headlights and fog lights, SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, X-MODE, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, raised roof rails with integrated cross bars and tie-down points, and Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. However, with nine different trim level options, there’s a ton of room for Outback feature expansion and personalization!

New Outback Capability 

The new Outback can provide up to 9.5 inches of ground clearance. Additionally, standard X-MODE optimizes AWD capability by adjusting for maximum traction when encountering slippery ground. Dual X-MODE is available on Onyx Edition, Onyx Edition XT, and Wilderness Outback trims. Hill Descent Control also provides more control. When it comes to engine power, the direct-injection SUBARU BOXER engine is a Base, Premium, Onyx Edition, Limited, and Touring Outback trim standard. Meanwhile, the Onyx Edition XT, Wilderness, Limited XT, and Touring XT trims sport a direct-injection turbocharged engine and can tow up to 3,500lbs.

2024 Outback Design and Technology 

This 5-seater, mid-size SUV with a maximum 109 cubic feet of space is complete with all the safety and comfort that the modern Subaru driver needs. On the Onyx Edition, Limited, Touring, Onyx Edition XT, Wilderness, Limited XT, and Touring XT trims, Blind-Spot Detection, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Reverse Automatic Braking come standard. The Touring and Touring XT provide a standard Smart Rear-View Mirror. Later, the Subaru DriverFocus® Distraction Mitigation System, which keeps you safe and memorizes your driving preferences, is a standard on the Touring, Touring XT, and Limited XT models.
