2023 All-Electric Subaru Solterra Innovations

Currently, the Solterra’s Dual-Function X-MODE® system provides the option between Snow/Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud modes, as well as Grip Control and Downhill Assist Control. Perhaps Subaru will add to these in the new model. Whatever the outcome, expect to perform optimally while driving your new Solterra in all low-friction and off-roading conditions.

When it comes to electric power, the current Solterra boasts 215 horsepower and 249 lb.-ft. of torque thanks to sophisticated front and rear electric motors. Being that the Solterra is already versatile enough to handle both off-road and city driving with ease, it’s probable that the newest version will make both adventures and the morning commute even more exciting*.

Lastly, the EPA-estimated range for the current Soltera exceeds just over 220 miles per full charge. We’re hoping that the new Solterra goes even further! Don’t worry about charging-station-scarcity however, as the Solterra currently has 38,000 different available charging locations* (that number continues to increase!)
