    In my quest for my new Subaru, I first stopped at Subaru of Morristown - because it was convenient. I test drove with Greg Hazen, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took a couple of months to narrow down our choices, and in that time went to several other Subaru dealerships. I felt I had been treated best, without pressure by Greg, so I returned to the Morristown dealership to make my actual purchase. The attention to detail that he takes on shows the amount of care he has for every customer's experience to be great. Our interactions were always professional and appreciative. It's nice to see a dealership where customer service really is practiced as well as preached!

    We were on the market for a Subaru and, after seeing some recommendations online, decided to go to Morristown Subaru. Our salesperson, Greg Hazen, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient - highly recommend him. Great experience overall in purchasing our new vehicle.

    On Thursday November 17th, 2016 my fiance and I purchased a 2016 Subaru Impreza. Our salesman Greg Hazen was much different than the salesmen at other dealerships. Instead of trying to pressure us to purchase a car he took the time to answer all of our questions and let us decide what car fit our needs. When we took a test drive he was very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle, which helped us decide Subaru was the right choice. We have had the car for about two weeks now and it feels/drives great. Thank you Greg for making the car purchase a good experience, when the time comes to get another Subaru we will definitely see you.

    I walked in cold to the dealership to look at an Outback and met Greg Hazen. There are a lot of salespeople in this industry that you really don't want to work with. Fortunately for me, Greg is not one of them. He was a gentleman in every way. I dismissed the car at first pass, but then after getting into my car, came back into the dealership with some additional questions. Greg took the time to discuss them with me even though it seemed obvious there wasn't a sale at that time. I called him a few days later to schedule a test drive and he bent over backwards to help me. He is the type of salesperson that you want to stay in touch with. One who you know you can trust.

    Great follow up from the salesperson (John C.) no high pressure hi-jinx, cars were all high quality. Such a different approach than the other dealership I was looking to purchase from. And I left with a full tank of gas in my USED car, that's a nice perk.

    "First Time I Drove Home A Car on the Same Day!!"

    I needed to replace my 2010 Saab, which only had 48,888 miles, but which had been discontinued in 2010 through the genius of General Motors. It had become increasingly difficult to find parts and it was nearly impossible to find a buyer because no one wanted a car for which parts couldn't be found and Saab aficionados wanted pre-2000 Saabs--before GM ruined the brand. I had test driven the Fiat 500 and the Mini-Cooper Countryman and it just didn't speak to me. Friends recommended a Subaru; so, I went for a look. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Eli. I looked at the 2017 Impreza 2.0i Sport in Ice Silver with a cloth black interior with red stitching and immediately fell in love with the car. It was a 5 door- 4 passenger doors and a hatch. Exactly what I had had for years with Saab. The more I looked the more I was hooked. I have always purchased cars in the winter. I got an incredible trade-in price for my Saab and knew I would drive the Impreza home that day if I could get my price. I got my price. Now a word about my sales advisor, Eli Krakinovsky. A young man who listens and isn't pushy. He heard me say that I was the Council Liaison to my town's Environmental Commission; so, driving an Outback or a Forester was not in the cards, despite friends recommending them. Eli heard what I said and steered me to either the Legacy or the Impreza. By that time, I had fallen in love with the Impreza. Eli had a great deal of patience because I asked a lot of questions, did a lot of talking and it took a little while to get to the price I wanted. Eli made everything happen in ONE day. So, this EXCEPTIONAL young man made things happen to the point that I drove to the dealership in a Saab and home on the same day in an Impreza. Impressive. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. If I was standing there, someone would ask "Are you being taken care of?" "Do you need a cup of tea or coffee?" This was my first experience at Subaru of Morristown and I'm glad to report it was 5-star positive. Len Resto

    I have purchased or leased 8 automobiles over the years and without a doubt the best experience that I have had was with... Subaru of Morristown. There was no pressure, friendliness from Andrea (receptionist) to everyone I passed by in the showroom or in the service department. My sales person, Eli Krakinovskiy, was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured and made the entire car buying experience as easy as possible. Since this was my first time driving a Subaru, he took the time needed to explain the features of the Subuaru XV Crosstrek and answered all of my questions or concerns. Eli and Bob Canon worked with me on my trade-in and took the time to understand my budget. The Subaru XV Crosstrek 2.0i Premium with Moonroof Package in Satin White Pearl was my first choice and Matt Furman did an AMAZING JOB locating my car for me when the inventory available seemed impossible, I liked the relaxed atmosphere and no-pressure vibe and would recommend purchasing or leasing a car from there to anyone.     After realizing I needed a new (new to me!) car; I homed in on the Subaru Impreza. I saw a few at different dealerships; then found one in my price range at Subaru of Morristown. I made an email request, and Bob Parkes called me within a half hour. We set up a date and time to do a test drive. Of all the dealerships I went to, Bob was the most thorough salesperson when showing me the car- even before we got in it! He pointed out all of the safety features and had comprehensive knowledge of its workings and features. Besides his technical knowledge, Bob was caring, supportive, good-humored, and easy-going. He did not use any "hard sell" tactics and made the process feel effortless. Thank you to Bob for all his help in getting me the car I wanted!

    I had a great experience in the process for buying a Crosstrek 2016. The salesman Mr. Bob Parkes was very clear, helpful and he explained all the details of the new car. In addition, a week later I went to the service department to install some updates in my new car. Mr. Brandon Bowers took care about my car and really he did a great job. He provided a loaner car and when I returned next day to pick up my Crosstrek everything was perfect. Thank you for the great service provided in my first Subaru SUV.

Car was very reasonably priced for a certified pre-owned and they were generous with accepting my old cars for trade in.     I own a 2010 Forester X MT, did not buy it here but bring it here for service often. Ron has been my service adviser since day one, he's very knowledgeable and is a real professional at what he does. The facilities are always clean and neat, they provide free breakfast and snacks, very friendly staff in general. Service is fast and it's easy to make appointments. Even if you do not have an appointment they will still make the best to accommodate your needs. I brought my car recently in for repairs under warranty, they had to replace my clutch throw out bearing. Car had to stay in for days and to my surprise they DO have a loaner program. I drove the loaner for the whole stay-no questions asked! In summary I'm very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them as a service provider for your car.
