On Thursday November 17th, 2016 my fiance and I purchased a 2016 Subaru Impreza. Our salesman Greg Hazen was much different than the salesmen at other dealerships. Instead of trying to pressure us to purchase a car he took the time to answer all of our questions and let us decide what car fit our needs. When we took a test drive he was very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle, which helped us decide Subaru was the right choice. We have had the car for about two weeks now and it feels/drives great. Thank you Greg for making the car purchase a good experience, when the time comes to get another Subaru we will definitely see you.

Best experience I could have hoped for. I walked into this process with apprehension and braced for the typical "car sales extravaganza." Instead, I had the pleasure of working with Javier, who took the time to understand my interests and ultimate goal when it came to acquiring an Impreza. He was completely transparent, patient, and respectful of my expectations. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. Javier was also extremely informative about the car and brand, a true professional all around. I felt very fortunate to have had him take care of me. My wife and I were looking for a new car and found a 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring which was loaded with all the safety features we were looking for. The car was listed on Subaru of Morristown website. We had been to various car dealers and looked at other vehicles before deciding this was the one we wanted. I am glad we did. I emailed Rebecca Charles (Internet Sales), she was very helpful by answering any questions by email until I finally agreed to an appointment for a test drive of a comparable vehicle since the one I was interested in was in-transit. When I arrived she introduced me to Al Rowe (Client Advisor), he went on a test drive with me and explained all the new features (EyeSight Driver Assist System, Subaru Starlink, etc).Once the test drive was over I told Al that I was looking at other vehicles and was not ready to decide yet. Al introduced me to Duke Snyder (General Sales Manager), both Al and Duke were very pleasant and not very pushy. They said I could call with any questions I may have. I did have a concern regarding the 0 percent financing promotion which was going to expire on 10/31. I spoke to Al about it a few days later and he assured me that the vehicle would arrive on time and that I would not lose the 0 percent rate. He gave me a call on 10/28 to let me know that I could come in and pick up the car on 10/31. When my wife and I arrived Al went over the entire vehicle and all its features again. When we were done going over the car Al introduced us to Mike Viscione (Finance Manager), having purchased new vehicles before we were not looking forward to this based on past experience at other dealerships (especially on the last day of the month). Mike made us feel very comfortable and was very patient in explaining anything we did not understand. We were very pleased with our experience at Subaru of Morristown, the sales group was great!! We look forward to bringing our car in for service, if they are anything like the sales group, I am sure we will be pleased.

Over the last ten years I have owned two Outbacks (2006 and 2013) serviced and as recently as today I continue to be delighted by the dealership. My car was serviced today by Virginia Reilly and all I can say is WOW.

I called Virginia on Friday to rectify a windshield wiper motor issue before I leave for a trip in a week. I brought the car to the dealer today and I asked Virginia if someone could check my car for the trip. She said absolutely!

I waited for the car and received a sparkling car ready for the trip.

I've owned lots of cars before switching to Subaru, and after ten years (over 220,000 miles of driving), I've concluded Subaru of Morristown is the dealer you can count on to take the extra step on your behalf.

In my quest for my new Subaru, I first stopped at Subaru of Morristown - because it was convenient. I test drove with Greg Hazen, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took a couple of months to narrow down our choices, and in that time went to several other Subaru dealerships. I felt I had been treated best, without pressure by Greg, so I returned to the Morristown dealership to make my actual purchase. The attention to detail that he takes on shows the amount of care he has for every customer's experience to be great. Our interactions were always professional and appreciative. After speaking with Rebecca (Internet Manager) I stopped into the dealer to take a test drive of the 2017 Legacy. I had no intention of buying, just shopping. Rebecca handed me off to Segundo who was fantastic. He was determined to sell me a car (remember I was just shopping!!) The price was right, the attention was spectacular and the Legacy is sitting in my driveway. I had been at two different dealers and walked out with no intention of returning. After having leased three Acura's over the last nine years, an Audi before that, and a Lexus before that, I found the vehicle I truly love at Subaru of Morristown. It's the 3.6R Subaru Outback. After realizing I needed a new (new to me!) car; I homed in on the Subaru Impreza. I saw a few at different dealerships; then found one in my price range at Subaru of Morristown. I made an email request, and Bob Parkes called me within a half hour. We set up a date and time to do a test drive. Of all the dealerships I went to, Bob was the most thorough salesperson when showing me the car- even before we got in it! He pointed out all of the safety features and had comprehensive knowledge of its workings and features. Besides his technical knowledge, Bob was caring, supportive, good-humored, and easy-going. I came to this dealer having been given the run around at Paul Miller Subaru in Parsippany. I wish I had come here first. From the moment I called and spoke to Greg Hazen, explaining to him what happened at the other dealer I had a good feeling. I came to the dealership to lease a 2016 Crosstrek. They, like Paul Miller didn't have the vehicle I wanted in their inventory. Unlike the other dealer, Greg Hazen did not take a 500$ deposit from me and a promise to find me the vehicle I want and never follow through. Instead, he helped me explore my options. He asked me if I would be interested in a Forester. I had never considered the Forester because I believed it was out of my price range. Greg showed me the car, which they had in inventory. Test drove it with me, showed me everything the car has to offer, all the safety features, how to use the backup camera. Everything. I fell in love with the car. When we went back in to crunch the numbers he was able to get my lease payments to just slightly above what they would have been in the Crosstrek with putting the same money down (I was trading in a Nissan).

I drove off that day in my brand new 2017 Forester with a smile on my face. Greg Hazen took the time to sync my phone to the Bluetooth and download all my contacts, I had my 3 year old daughter with me who he kept entertained with some treats and pages to color, and before I drove away he even tossed some change in the car for good luck. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. It was done quickly, efficiently and with the customers best interest in mind; that is not something you come across these days.

I love my Forester and I am so happy I made the switch. I will only do business with this dealership from here on out!

I had a great experience in the process for buying a Crosstrek 2016. The salesman Mr. Bob Parkes was very clear, helpful and he explained all the details of the new car. In addition, a week later I went to the service department to install some updates in my new car. Mr. Brandon Bowers took care about my car and really he did a great job. Greg is the finest, kindest and most thorough salesman I have ever had the pleasure to have on my side. I took my Forester in for service only, really, just service and I drove out with a new car.
